Eloise and the Plum Baron (A Lost Slipper Society Prequel)

Synopsis:
Eloise has a special gift request for her upcoming birthday, if only her parents will agree. She never expected to fall for a dashing baron, whose fortune lies in his father’s of plum orchard holdings. When the baron’s father insists he tend to the family business in Luxembourg, Eloise’s chances of happiness dim. Will the couple find a sweet ending?

As a bonus (and a way to work out the backstory of another character in my new historical romance series, the Lost Slipper Society) I wrote this novella (Eloise and the Plum Baron) about one of the other girls in the Lost Slipper Society universe. Alas, she retains her slippers in this story, but it will tell you the history of the next Miss and her fella (whose full story--and lost slipper--I will cover in one of the forthcoming manuscripts). The girls all seem to be clamoring for their stories to be told now, but alas, poor little me, I only have two hands to tell their stories with. So, this is just a taste.
