Bullet points.
Author of see above. The Antique Magic series, the Celtic Stewards Chronicles, and more.
Married. No children (and happy with that situation, thank you).
No pets. I'm trying to keep my plants alive.
Employment: Novelist. I love and live to write and am grateful that I have readers who love the worlds I create.
~Loves~
Gardening (or trying to).
Movies: SciFi, Fantasy, comedies, dramas, historicals, psychological thrillers, romance, and more. If it's good, it's good. If it's quirky, it might be better. :)
Music: As above, lots of different things. Right now, I'm enthralled with Americana. Shovels & Rope, especially.
Favorite season: Anything outside hurricane season. (Or wabbit season. Or is it duck season?)
Favorite color: purple
Study: History; art history; mythology (Celtic, especially); Arthurian legend
Writing: I write, which means the same as breathing. In fact, if I could do without the breathing, I might, just to write more.
Reading. When I am not at the computer or with a notebook/pen in hand, I read. Lots. All kinds of stuff. Some of my writer friends have said I read too much. I had no idea that was a thing. :) As to favorite authors, it goes without saying it's pretty much the same as my taste in movies. Michael Moorcock is god. I like other writers too like Elizabeth Moon, Virginia Woolf, Lovecraft, Poe, J.V. Jones; Scott Cunningham; many, many, (many) more. Many indie authors are my buddies and idols, but Michael Moorcock has always been the tops, for me. And yes, I do read Indie and big six publishers' books. Always have, always will. However, I don't accept books for review. The business of writing is writing. I try not to spend too much time away from it.
How many words written this year (2018)? 150,000+ . Before November's NANOWRIMO started. How bout them apples?
